Terms of Service

Last updated: June 10, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, booking an appointment, or otherwise using PulseBridge (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and PulseBridge.

2. What PulseBridge does

PulseBridge is a patient acquisition network that helps healthcare providers ("Clinics") find new patients and helps patients ("Patients") find care. PulseBridge is not a healthcare provider. We do not practice medicine, provide medical advice, diagnose conditions or prescribe treatment. All clinical decisions are made by the Clinic.

3. User responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, current information when using the Service.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential.
  • Use the Service lawfully and respectfully.
  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Clinic responsibilities

  • Hold all required licences, registrations and insurance to deliver the services offered on PulseBridge.
  • Honour appointments routed to you and respond to patient enquiries promptly.
  • Verify attendance honestly and keep accurate records.
  • Protect patient information in line with applicable health and data protection laws.
  • Only run marketing campaigns for services you are qualified and authorised to provide.
  • Settle PulseBridge fees and platform charges on time.

5. Patient responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact details and information about the care you need.
  • Attend booked appointments on time, or cancel/reschedule in advance.
  • Treat clinic staff respectfully.
  • Pay any consultation or treatment fees agreed with the Clinic.
  • Understand that PulseBridge does not provide medical advice — your clinical care is the responsibility of the Clinic.

6. Appointment booking and routing

When a Patient submits a request, PulseBridge routes it to a suitable Clinic based on service type, location, availability, capacity and quality score. Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment; confirmation depends on Clinic availability. Clinics may decline a booking when they cannot deliver the requested service.

7. Attendance verification

Clinics confirm whether a Patient attended an appointment. Verified attendance powers quality scoring, payouts, referral attribution and analytics. Submitting false verification information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in suspension or removal from the network.

8. Referral program

Patients receive a unique referral link and code. When a referred person becomes a verified booking, the referral is attributed to the referrer. PulseBridge may introduce referral rewards, points or leaderboards. Referral activity may not be manipulated (e.g. self-referral, fake bookings); attempts to do so void any rewards and may lead to account suspension.

9. Prohibited activities

  • Misrepresenting your identity, qualifications or clinic credentials.
  • Uploading false, misleading or harmful content.
  • Attempting to access data you are not authorised to view.
  • Interfering with the Service, its security or other users' accounts.
  • Using the Service to harass, defraud or harm others.
  • Scraping or harvesting data from the Service.
  • Using PulseBridge to market or deliver services that violate applicable law.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". PulseBridge does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific outcome (such as a number of new patients) will be achieved. PulseBridge is not responsible for the clinical care provided by Clinics.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulseBridge and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to PulseBridge in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or NGN 50,000, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold PulseBridge harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or — for Clinics — the care you provide to patients introduced through the Service.

13. Account termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, abuse the Service, harm patients or other clinics, or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service stops immediately; certain provisions (liability, indemnity, governing law) survive.

14. Changes to the Service

We are continuously improving PulseBridge and may add, change or remove features at any time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that adversely affect your use of the Service.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
